Your privacy is important to Hydrolec Inc. (“Hydrolec”) which acts as the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation. In this Privacy Policy Hydrolec informs you of Hydrolec’s practices of collecting and processing your company & personal information upon your visiting the Hydrolec Website (Website) or using a Hydrolec Service (Service). When you buy any Hydrolec product and register on the Website to create a Hydrolec account, Hydrolec asks for the following personal information in order to create an account for you:

This Privacy Statement only relates to information collected through a Service. Hydrolec does not accept any responsibility or liability for (the operation and/or contents of a third party website. i. You have the right to request access, refinement, erasure, restriction, data portability and the right to object against the use of your personal information. However, Hydrolec may decline your request when Hydrolec possess compelling legitimate grounds which override your interest, or the processing is for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

 

ii. For security reasons, Hydrolec reserves the right to take steps to authenticate your identity before accepting access to your personal data.

 

iii. Hydrolec will answer your request free of charge, unless Hydrolec in its sole discretion determines your request to be excessive and/or unfounded. When Hydrolec determines your request to be excessive and/or unfounded, Hydrolec reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for carrying out your request.

 

iv. You may send your request to exercise your right(s) to app_info@hydrolec.net. Be as clear and precise as possible in your email; state which right you want to exercise and on what grounds. Hydrolec will answer your request within thirty (30) business days after receipt, unless Hydrolec reasonably needs additional time. Upon determining additional time is necessary, Hydrolec will inform you within thirty (30) business days after receipt of your request that it needs a maximum of another sixty (60) business days . Within this period of time Hydrolec will notify you on its ability to fulfill your request. In the case Hydrolec cannot fulfil your request, it will notify you of the reason.

 

v. If you have any complaints about Hydrolec’s privacy practices Hydrolec encourages you to contact Hydrolec directly with your complaint. Together we can try to determine the source of your complaint and resolve the matter. Your complaint may be sent to app_info@hydrolec.net.

Hydrolec: At Hydrolec’s sole discretion, may change how Hydrolec collects and uses personal information at any time and without prior notice. Hydrolec may change this Privacy Policy at any time. If Hydrolec makes material changes to the Privacy Policy, Hydrolec will notify you either by posting the changes to the Privacy Policy on the Website & App or by forwarding an email to you and by updating the Last Updated Date at the bottom of the Privacy Policy. If Hydrolec notifies you of changes through an email communication, then the date on which Hydrolec forwards the email is deemed to be the date of your receipt of the notice.
