2. What Hydrolec collects.

When you buy any Hydrolec product and register on the Website to create a Hydrolec account, Hydrolec asks for the following personal information in order to create an account for you:
Company name, address and location
Contact persons first, middle and last name
Complete address and location
Your field(s) of activity
Other such data that you freely wish to provide about your operation(s) and activity.
If you want to use any Service offered by Hydrolec, you may also be required to provide the following additional information:
Your billing information
Your phone number(s)
Your tax registration number.
ii. Company data and messages.
When using a Service you may exchange private messages (including, but not limited to text, images, videos, locations, contact details) with other users. These messages will be stored by Hydrolec to facilitate delivery to the intended recipient(s).

3. How and on what grounds Hydrolec uses the information.

iii. Hydrolec will answer your request free of charge, unless Hydrolec in its sole discretion determines your request to be excessive and/or unfounded. When Hydrolec determines your request to be excessive and/or unfounded, Hydrolec reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for carrying out your request.
